If your lawyer decides my presence is required in Court, another $1,000.00 will be due and payable prior to each appearance. This includes Hearings and Court Trials. Whether I appear or not. All monies are non-refundable.

If travel, hotel, car rental, etc. are required, fees will be approved in a separate document.
