We hired Theresa (Terry) Shinabarger to help us with an unfortunate situation where a lady living in our friends house (he passed away)  tried to fake the signature on a Will to obtain a property that was not rightfully hers. We sent her the Will and a number of known handwriting samples from the gentleman that passed away.  She determined in a very short period of time that the handwriting and signatures on the questioned document were NOT the gentleman’s that passed away.  Within a couple weeks, she sent us a full report, color coded and showing the differences between the Questioned and Known signatures.  The judge in the case threw out the will as being forged.  Terry’s report was so thorough that she never had to come to court to defend her findings. I HOPE I never need her services again, but I would use her again in a heartbeat.

    • Originals of the Questioned documents and the known documents for comparison should be close to the date of the questioned document. Copies can be analyzed but are second choice.

    • Contact and send all of the documents to me along with the payment for service
